What is Hybrid Photography?
Hybrid photography combines timeless photo coverage with seamless video capture. I photograph each moment as usual, and with a simple press of a button, I can instantly record short video clips to preserve the emotion as it unfolds. During the ceremony and reception, multiple cameras are rolling to ensure no meaningful moments are missed—whether in photos or video. By the end of the day, these carefully captured clips come together to create a short, elegant highlight film, complete with high-quality audio from your vows and speeches. Please click on any photo below to see photos and video being captured at the exact same time on the same day.
Pros and cons of hybrid photography coverage:
A photographer or videographer does not get in my shots.
No double posing - what I mean by that is the photographer tells you what to do and then the videographer tells you what to do, we keep it seamless for both coverages so you can get back to your reception and enjoy the wedding day as soon as possible.
Having one vendor handle both photo and video means fewer cameras and less equipment around you throughout the day, allowing moments to unfold more naturally and comfortably.
